Right of withdrawal for distance sales

In the case of a distance contract, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement, for example by e-mail to info@ilmondotiles.com. You may use the model form below for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after your withdrawal. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by you. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use going beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods. The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different means of payment.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to your specifications or clearly personalised, nor in the other cases where the law provides for an exception. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in our showroom.
